Utah's Laboratory Workforce

The Utah Medical Education Council (UMEC) has traditionally produced two forms of publications - workforce profiles and workforce reports. The workforce profiles are compiled using data available from various sources, while the workforce reports are compiled using survey data collected by the UMEC.

The UMEC has published a report based on the Utah Laboratory workforce survey data collected in December, 2005. The report is first of its kind in Utah. It is available to the public for free download.
